Beautiful setting, well-kept grounds, cozy terrace
Air conditioning issues in ground-level rooms!!! A fridge would be essential during hot weather!!! Limited public transport post 7 PM makes outings cumbersome!!! Noise from other guests disrupts relaxation!!!

Good bed, air conditioning, terrace and clean shower/WC. After the complaint that we were standing in front of closed doors at 12 noon, that there was nobody at the reception and that another guest opened the door, we were not charged for one night.
There was no mention of a code at check-in. But without it you can't get in! All in all also everything expensive, parking 15€, breakfast also 15€/p.

Very good breakfast. Good room. Somewhat less good: it takes a long time until warm water comes. The cleaning during our breakfast was not something nice

The room was pretty cozy but had some quirks. Only one electrical socket worked well, inconvenient. Liked the air conditioning. It kept the room cool despite the August heat. The hotel itself is in a lovely area of Cap d'Antibes, close to several beaches. Staff were polite and friendly. I enjoyed the little terrace by the pool. I was disappointed there was no fridge in the room. Sometimes it was annoying to not have a cold drink handy. WiFi was another letdown. It kept dropping, hard for me to work. The breakfast could have used more variety. The hotel had a pleasant gardening vibe with well-kept grounds, but the furnishings feel a bit outdated.

The hotel was very well located, between two beaches within walking distance. It was well secured. Parking on site for a fee. Pool very clean and overall very maintained ambience. Breakfast buffet very rich and looked very tasty. Coffee was great.

Small, family hotel with pool. For Antibes an inexpensive area. A little insider tip.

The sun loungers provided the perfect spot to relax after a long day, but the WiFi was a bit spotty at times. Definitely check out local dining options nearby. We found some great places just a short walk away 🌞

Well named. This truly is a lovely location, with a good view, comfortable garden, bar and breakfast room. The hosts were charming and the room was comfortable, spacious and beautiful. Worth every €. If we ever return to the Cote d'Azur, we would spend a week at Beau Site.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and tidy. We had stayed there in 2009 so we knew what it was like. We enjoyed the amenities provided such as the swimming pool.
breakfast was a little expensive.

Charming stay with great local access
The pool area was a delight, and the staff were great. What I particularly appreciated was the convenience of local beaches and nearby restaurants serving great meals at reasonable prices. The breakfast could use some improvement, as it was not as varied as I expected for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is attractive with good room and bathroom. The pool and on-property parking were a definite plus. There was a choice of breakfast, simple or more complete which we liked. It is possible to walk to the beach or around the cap from the hotel. There were good suggestions for dinners. Bus service to town was very easy.
It wasn't the hotel that, but the fact that roads on the cap are mostly walled and confusing to drive on. You definitely need a car if going to eat dinner in town as the bus service stops about 8 pm.

Satisfactory breakfasts with fresh fruit and french bread, as example, the stuff where all in all courteous.
